Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Schiphol-Rijk, The Netherlands

Hours: 32-40 hours per week

Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Head of Finance to join our international team. This key role requires a high level of professional financial expertise and a practical mindset. This is an exciting opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys building processes, driving improvements, and growing alongside an ambitious company active in the fast-moving urban mobility sector.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Control

  • Prepare and manage monthly P&L reports

  • Consolidate financial data from multiple business units

  • Compile and submit annual financial statements

  • Conduct financial and business control across international activities

Operational Finance

  • Handle invoicing and order confirmations

  • Prepare import documentation and process payments

  • Oversee accounting, treasury, and budgeting activities

Compliance & Advisory

  • Ensure adherence to tax laws and financial regulations

  • Maintain relationships with banks, tax advisors, auditors, and authorities

  • Advise management on financial strategies and decision-making

Team & Process Management

  • Lead and develop the finance department

  • Drive process improvements and implement financial projects

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in leading financial projects

  • Experience in an international corporate structure and managing multiple entities

  • Fluent in Dutch and English.

  • Background in logistics is a plus

  • Strong analytical and communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software

  • Hands-on mentality: willing to assist with daily operations when needed

Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. This role focuses on hands-on management of e-bike projects, requiring effective coordination between our European office and partners in Asia. The successful candidate will be adept at handling daily operations, managing timelines, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective project delivery and after-sales services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage e-bike projects, ensuring they meet set requirements and timelines.

  • Serve as point of contact for customers, maintaining clear and frequent communication.

  • Collaborate closely with our in-house engineering team and back office in Asia.

  • Occasionally travel in Europe and China to oversee projects and maintain relationships.

  • Offer technical and operational input to improve product development and project execution.

  • Provide after-sales support and handle customer feedback to improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in the bicycle industry, particularly with e-bikes.

  • Experience in supply chain management is a plus.

  • Fluent in Dutch and English; proficiency in French or German is a plus.

  • Technical understanding of e-bike functionalities and market requirements.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Self-starter with a hands-on mentality and a flexible approach to work.
